Protection in the territory of the EU in the EUIPO

The office competent for protection of intellectual property within the EU for trademarks and industrial designs is the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

The registration of a trademark and an industrial design in the afore-mentioned office confers an exclusive right in all Member States.
Dr W. Tabor’s Patent Office files applications for EU trademarks and industrial designs and handles litigations before foreign Patent Offices in matters relating to these applications.
